Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
We strongly encourage customers to order samples before making a full purchase, as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be in the same condition as received—unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lltile.com.
If your return is approved:
  • We will calculate the return shipping cost and send you a payment request.
  • Once the return shipping fee is paid, we’ll issue a return shipping label and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order. Return shipping fees apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
