All items sold by Lily and Lilac have fixed shipping charges based on the weight of the items. Most orders are shipped via UPS and are delivered only within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

• Freight (LTL) Orders: Standard delivery time is typically 5–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• Samples and Smaller Items: Items such as mosaic sheets generally ship more quickly.
• Combined Shipping: We combine shipping for multiple items purchased in the same checkout going to the same address. This means the more you buy in one order, the more you save on shipping.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• All freight deliveries are curbside only. Delivery drivers are not required to bring items inside your home or building.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• While we strive to ship all orders promptly, Lily and Lilac is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier disruptions.

We do not accept returns of samples.
