Freight & Shipping Charge Policy
All items sold by Lily and Lilac have set shipping charges based on the weight of the items. Most orders are shipped via UPS and are delivered only within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will not be processed or shipped.
Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping for freight (LTL) orders is typically 5–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

Samples and smaller items (e.g., mosaic sheets) generally ship faster.
We combine shipping for multiple items purchased in the same checkout going to the same address. This means the more you buy in one order, the more you save on shipping.
Important Shipping Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All freight deliveries are curbside only. The delivery driver is not required to bring items inside.

Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

While Lily and Lilac strives to ship all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues.
Please note: We do not accept returns of samples. If you wish to purchase full cases and return the sample, please contact us first at info@lltile.com.
